Unsurprisingly topping the chart among most-awaited movies of the time has partially revealed who will feature in the titular role of the upcoming Black Panther franchise, “Wakanda Forever.”

Makers dropped the trailer yesterday which showcased how the fictional African nation processes its grief while a ferocious war is waged on land and under the sea.

The trailer has confirmed the new black panther will be played by a woman who takes the charge ahead of the fictional setting. The film’s official poster features Shuri, T’ Challa’s brilliant younger sister played by Letitia Wright in the 2018 film at the front and center with the suit behind her seemingly confirming she is all set to play the new black panther.

However, the Marvel Studio’s secret-keeping style has a long history and can reach any length, the new character might be very well possible to be on display by Lupita Nyong’o’s War Dog Nakia, Danai Gurira‘s General Okoye, or someone else, as the tease is intentionally presented in an indefinite manner.

The trailer carries an emotional stature along with teasing a highly anticipated film as to what unfolds ahead for the viewers after the franchise lost its star Chadwick Boseman in 2020 due to colon cancer.

The emotional yet enthusiastic director of the film Ryan Coogler in an interview said, “I think this film has the fog of loss over it, and anamorphic lenses warp the image a little bit, sometimes when you go through profound loss, it can warp how you look at the world.”

The film will showcase how the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter and heroes staging up together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.

The trailer also presents Dominique Thorne as the American inventor Riri Williams, who is known as the iron heart in the iconic comic books, besides bringing the fan’s favorite Okoye’s Dora Milaje warriors, Duke’s tribe leader M’Baku, and Freeman as the Black Panther’s ally.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever presumably the year’s biggest movie is set to hit the theatres on Nov. 11 with tickets already on sale.
