Blast in Punjab: Explosion near Tanda railway gate in Hoshiarpur after gateman mistakenly steps on buried potash

In a shocking development, a bomb blast took place on Thursday near railway 'phatak' (gate) in Tanda, Hoshiarpur. As per the information received, the explosion occurred when a gateman stepped onto a buried potash by a farmer in his field. The gateman got injured in this. As soon as Tanda blast information came to the fore, police forensic teams arrived at the spot. Apart from this, police and railway officials also reached there. After this, the movement of trains on the track was stopped.

 

 

Not only this, but a bomb disposal squad was. After an initial investigation, the police reportedly stated that the farmer had kept potash in the field there. He had kept this potash for the wild animals. On which the gateman's foot fell. Due to this, there was an explosion. To be precise, the blast was reported near the village Palla Chaka gate number 71 on Jalandhar Pathankot railway route at around 11.30 am. Gateman Sonu got injured in this accident.
