Bayerische
Motoren Werke AG commonly known as BMW a German multinational automobile brand
famous for its luxurious vehicles launched a sports bike on Friday. The brand
new bike is named G 310 RR, whose pricing starts at 2, 85,000. The body of this
latest launch resembles the same that of S 1000 RR sports bike. This bike is
now available at the stores of BMW motor India all over the country. Moreover,
this bike has been made in the Hosur city of Tamil Nadu.

with TVS:
BMW has
partnered with TVS to make this bike. The latest launch from BMW is an upgraded
model of TVS Apache RR 310. Earlier as well the two brands collaborated to
build BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS sports bikes in the city of Hosur itself.
Ability to
attain 60 km/h in 2.9 seconds:
G 310
RR is built with a high-tech engine. The bike has a 313 CC water-cooled engine,
single-cylinder four-stroke engine. Besides, it has enabled with Electronic
Fuel Injection system. The bike can attain a speed of 60 km/h in around 2.9
seconds. At 9700 RPM the maximum power of this bike can reach up to 25 kilowatts.
The bike is having 6-speed gearbox, which enables the rider to change the gear
even at a high speed
What is Track,
Urban, Rain, and Sport mode?
The bike provides
four modes, which are track, urban, rain, and sport mode. This mode provides
the rider with an option to adjust the mode based on the speed they want to
travel.
- Track Mode enables the rider with an option to sudden increase and decreases the speed of the bike.
- Urban Mode provides the option to ride at a balanced speed.
- In Sport Mode, the bike can attain its highest speed in it.
- Rain Mode, whereas this mode helps the rider to ride on the wet surface with full control, which happens with the presence of By-Wire and ABS, and the rider experiences a safe ride with it.
Available
in two color variants:
BMW has launched this bike in two
color variants. The standard black storm color provides the bike with a dynamic
look and the second option is of style sport, which has Light White Uni, Blue metallic,
and Racing Red Uni.
Frame and Breaking system:
BMW G 310 RR and TVS Apache RR 310 have
the same engines, Frame, suspension, and braking system. Whereas the riding
mode in the two of them are the same. Both these bikes carry the same load of
174 KGs.
