The Bandwagon of celebrities in Indian politics continues. The Lok Sabha election campaign witnessed the massive participation of Bollywood celebs in different constituencies of India. It a clear cut win for BJP as the results were out on Thursday.
The list of celebs, who were in the battle of Lok Sabha elections includes: Kirron Kher, Hema Malini, Raj Babbar, Shatrughan Sinha, Jaya Prada, Sunny Deol and Urmila Matondkar.
Jaya Prada who contested for the leading BJP party has lost the elections. Unfortunately for Jaya Prada the Modi factor did not work. Jaya had recently switched her party to BJP. She lost contesting for Rampur constituency in Uttar Pradesh.

On the other hand,BJP Hema Malini and Sunny Deol won the elections. The mother and son duo at elections was supported by actor Dharmendra, who in 2004 won the Bikarne seat.
Other glamorous beauty of Bollywood, Urmila Mathondkar contested for North Mumbai seat failed to register her win, Shatrughan sinha and Raj Babhbar joins the list. Gorakhpur Ravi Krishna victoriously won the elections. People have to wait and watch how well these B-town celebs lead their roles.
