On the second day of the budget session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha today, AAP MLA and Ex-IPS Kunwar Vijay Pratap questioned CM Mann and the ministers and also raised the issue of former minister OP Soni, who was recently involved in the sanitizer scam. Speaking on the occasion he said that Circuit House was a symbol of democracy and it was the heritage of 3 crore Punjabis. Responsibility for its maintenance and management is in the hands of the General Administration Trustee in the Department. The job of the general administration in this department is to take care of it and not to sell it.

Questioning the CM and the minister for the department, MLA Kunwar Vijay Pratap raised three questions in which he said, "The first question I want to ask is whether the general administration in the department has the power to privatize the heritage of these people in the hands of the company?” The second question mentions two or three companies, Chaman Lal & Sons, Sarb Alliance Hospitality, Sarovar Hotel Pvt. Ltd. Amritsar. Is Sandeep Soni, the director of Sarb Alliance, related to the then Minister OP or not? The third question is if Sandeep Soni has links with a former minister or other contractors, why is he not being exposed?
