Mumbai, Jan 01: The subsidiary of Centrum Capital Ltd., Centrum Financial Services Limited, has acquired the Supply Chain Finance Business of L&T Finance Limited (Business) in accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement executed on September 4, 2018. The deal consisted of an asset book of about Rs. 650 crores as well.
The Business stands assigned and transferred to Centrum Financial Services Limited as of the closing date of December 31, 2018, in accordance with the transaction documents.
