Earlier this week, she took over the video creating appTikTok, to reply to her body shamers, who think that it is just fine to commenton one’s body and make them feel discouraged, making them feel bad about theirbody. The Cuban-American singer-songwriter Camila Cabello went for a run andmentioned that she “loves (her) body”.

 "I was justrunning in the park minding my own business trying to be fit, trying to keep ithealthy and I am wearing a top that shows my belly, and I wasn't tucking itin," the singer said when the camera was angling down to reveal her shortblacktop, workout pants, and exposed midriff.

"I wasn't tucking it in, because I was running. Andexisting. Like a normal person that doesn't tuck it in all the time.” The24-year-old singer, in the beginning, felt unsure about her looks, but then shereminded herself, “being at war with your body is so last season."

She ended the clip, "I am grateful for this bodythat lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and celluliteand stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby."

Cabello concluded the video on a silly note by strokinggently her body while singing the lyrics from the Aretha Franklin 1976 classic,“Something He Can Feel.”

The video has gained over 16 million views over 24 hourswith reaching 3 million likes. Thousands of fans commented to thank the “Havana”singer for spreading the body positivity message.

“Be grateful for our REAL bodies,” said one. “This mademe feel more confident about myself!” commented another. The singer has alsocreated a sense of body positivity to Shawn Mendes, her boyfriend; he alsotold the British GQ some months ago that Camila is really strong, clear, andconfident as well as empathetic towards other people. Further, he stated thatshe has changed his point of view.
