Canada's top gangster Amanpreet Samra shot dead outside marriage function in Vancouver

Gangster Amarpreet Samra alias Chakki was in Vancouver to attend a wedding ceremony when he was shot dead by his rival Brothers Gang.

Listed in Canada's top 10 dreaded gangsters, Amanpreet Samra was shot dead by rival gang Brothers Group outside a marriage function in Canada's Vancouver. As per reports, Amarpreet Samra alias Chakki was in Vancouver to attend a wedding ceremony. After dinner and a dance party at night, when Amanpreet came our of Fraserview Hall, the operatives of the Brothers Keepers group allegedly opened fire. Reportedly, the incident took place around 1:3 pm according to Canadian time. Notably, Amanpreet Samra had come to the wedding ceremony with his brother Ravindra. The assailants also set ablaze the vehicle in which he had come to destroy the evidence.

As per reports, Amarpreet Singh Samra is also in the list of top-10 gangsters of the United Nations (UN) designated list. There was animosity over the business between his rival Brothers Keepers group. People attending the wedding ceremony were quoted saying that they did not even know that the attackers were already roaming around the venue of the wedding ceremony. The murder of Amanpreet is considered as target killing.

Canadian Police Officer Tania Visintin was quoted saying that the police helpline received a call at 1.30 am and therefore a team was sent to the spot. Officers at the spot tried to save Gangster Amanpreet by giving him CPR, but he succumbed to her injuries. To ban the attackers, the Canadian police have appealed to give information by releasing the number a helpline number.

It is pertinent to mention here that in April this year, the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit British-Columbia released a Public Safety warning over the rising concern on the matters pertaining to the increasing number of gangster activities in Canada. The list of the gangsters included 11 names with 9 Punjabis and are said to have been associated with the lower mainland gang war. People were appealed to ensure their safety against these dreaded gangsters. In the 11 dreaded gangsters list, the name Amanpreet Singh Samra was mentioned.
