In a shocking development, Kannada TV actress Chethana Raj on Tuesday passed away after her fat surgery went wrong. Reports suggest that Chethana Raj had undergone cosmetic surgery at Dr. Shetty Cosmetic Hospital post which her family members alleged that it was the hospital's negligence that caused the demise of the actor. As per reports, after the fat surgery of Chetna Raj, fats got stored in her lungs making her difficult to breathe. After Chetna Raj fat surgery went wrong and the actress atrted suffering breathing problem, she was not admitted to the ICU as the cosmetic hospital did not have any emergency ward. In fact, Chethana Raj was shifted to Kade Hospital in Manjunath Nagar but the doctors at the hospital allegedly claimed that she was brought dead. Moreover, her family members alleged that she got hospitalised on 16 May 2022 at 9:30 am without informing the parents.
Kaade Hospital files report against Cosmetic hospital
Reports further suggest that after Chethana Raj death, the ICU Intensivist, Dr Sandeep V at Kaade Hospital filed a reports at the Basaveshwarnagar Police Station, Bangalore. As per the complaint filed, around 5:30 pm on 16 May, one doctor named Melvin who is an anaesthetist, barged into their hospital with a patient (who was found unresponsive later) disregarding all the protocols of the hospital and threatening their security. Dr. Sandeep further stated that the incident did not appear to normal, it was mentioned in the report how they strongly objected to such kind of behaviour by the doctors due to which they decided to file a report.
