CM Bhagwant Mann took another big decision in the assembly today. Mann announced that their government will make sure the regularization of 35 thousand employees of Group C and D working on Adhoc in the state. The draft will be soon placed in the assembly.
After the approval, the procedure of regularizing the employees will start. Bhagwant Mann said that their party has promised the Adhoc workers regarding this during their campaign. Mann said during their campaign the workers shared that they are working for many years on a contract basis. They are assigned more salaries but receive less because the contractors take their commissions from it. Their party promised the workers to solve their issue.
Bhagwant Mann had a meeting with the officers regarding the issue and asked them to end the contract system. He also mentioned that the government schools are empty and have a shortage of teachers. The eligible teachers are staging protests. They will work on this issue too. Mann has asked the Chief Secretary to make a draft and present it before the assembly. After getting it passed, it will be implemented in the state. The claim of making sure the raw employees were also made in the previous Congress government.
The Bhagwant Mann Government promised the people of the state to solve all their issues. The ministries have been allotted to the 10 ministers. The cabinet will be expanded with 7 more ministers soon.
