CM Manohar Lal Khattar will hold a day-long session on 5th April in Harayan Vidhan Sabha after Punjab's CM Bhagwant Mann claimed to stake over Chandigarh.

Khattar said that he wants an answer from Arvind Kejriwal that on one hand, he keeps water withheld in Punjab while asking for water in Delhi.
Clarify the position on this. Khattar said that the Sutlej Yamuna Link Canal (SYL) issue should be resolved before Chandigarh.
