New Delhi: On Tuesday, the Delhiites woke up to a cold foggy morning, with minimum temperature recorded at four degrees Celsius which is three notches below the season's average. The relative humidity till 0830 hrs was pegged at 100 per cent.
There will be shallow fog throughout the day, with maximum temperature settling at around 22 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature on Monday settled at 22.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the normal.
