New Delhi: The resolution by Delhi Assembly, on Friday, had stirred all kinds of controversies, though, AAP took the safe route deleting the same from the resolution. Now, the Congress has termed it as ‘shameful’ and ‘poisonous’ and demanded an apology from the Ruling Aam Aadmi party in Delhi.

''AAP party has yet again proved that it is a party with zero ethics & zero values. A party that is just a cheap copy of BJP should not be taken seriously. What they have initiated through that resolution in the Delhi Assembly is shameful, poisonous & they should apologise for it.'' tweeted the AICC spokesperson Pritanka Chaturvedi.

Reacting to the resolution, Congress leader Arvinder S Lovely said, ''Shameful. The party, which did not find any Sikh worth of giving representation in cabinet in both terms, is trying to show itself as sympathiser of Sikhs. Rajiv ji sacrificed his life for nation, disrespecting him only shows their petty mindset and expose their affiliations.''

AAP MLA Alka Lamba was also in news for the same.
