In an exclusive interview with TrueScoop, Jalandhar Cantt MLA Pargat Singh talked about the various loopholes in the system and working of the Punjab government. He said that this government wants to run a circus with jokers in it. Adding to it, he also mentioned that from 40 crores 70% of advertisements were given to outer media rather than Punjab's.
