A couple decided to get married on a flight. Australia's David Valliant and resident of New Zealand, Cathy Vallint tied the knot at 34,000 feet in the air. The couple wanted to get married right in between the two places to portray their love for aviation and to bridge the gap between Australia and New Zealand.
They got in touch with Jetstar Airways to allow them to get married and the company happily said yes. Jetstar, even took to their Facebook account and shared an adorable video of the couple getting married over the Tasman Sea with the caption, "When New Zealander, Cathy and David from Australia told us that they wanted to get married in-between their two countries, we knew we had to help make their dream come true. In what we believe to be a world-first, the couple exchanged vows on a Jetstar flight, 34,000 feet above the Tasman."
