COVID Review Meeting: Once again, there is an increase in the cases of corona in the country. Prime Minister seeing the increasing situation of COVID, PM Modi on April 27, there will be a review meeting with the Chief Ministers of the country.

Senior officials of the Prime Minister's Office will also attend this meeting along with PM Modi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and officials related to his ministry are also likely to attend the meeting.

If sources are to be believed, in this meeting, Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan will also give a presentation regarding the increasing cases of COVID in the country.

Apart from this, in this Kovid review meeting, PM Modi can also urge the states to make one more booster dose free to the people of the country.

This is not the first time that PM Modi is meeting with the Chief Ministers of the states regarding COVID. PM Modi has already held several meetings with Chief Ministers and District Magistrates to understand the ground situation of COVID in the country.

On Sunday, 2,593 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in the last 24 hours. After which the total number of corona infection patients in the country has increased to 4,25,19,479. 


At the same time, the number of active cases has increased to 15,873. Whereas according to the data, now the death toll due to the epidemic of corona infection in our country has increased to 5,22,193.

1094 new cases were reported in Delhi

While talking about the capital of the country, in the last 24 hours, 1094 new cases of corona have been reported in Delhi, out of which 2 patients also died. With this, now the total number of active cases of corona infection in Delhi has increased to 3705. 

Whereas in the last 24 hours, the infection rate of corona in the capital Delhi has been recorded at 4.82 per cent. The Delhi government has appealed to the people not to spread panic. The administration has again made masks mandatory in Delhi.
