India's Most Wanted fugitive terrorist Dawood Ibrahim was rushed to a Karachi hospital after being poisoned by unknown men at his Pakistan house. As per Pakistani media reports and journalists, after being poisoned Dawood Ibrahim remains in critical condition and is undergoing treatment at the hospital in the presence of heavy security. Pakistan media reported that after Dawood was admitted to a hospital, internet services were shut down nationwide so that media or people wouldn't report on India's Most Wanted. Since, Pakistan has always denied Dawood Ibrahim's presence on their soil, reporting on his hospitalization may have brought a global sham to the Islamic country. What happened to Dawood Ibrahim?
As per an Indian News portal, Dawood Imbrahim's close aide Chhota Shakeel has denied that the D-Company chief has been poisoned. Chhota Shakeel reportedly informed that Dawood Ibrahim is totally fit and rumors surrounding his death often pop up when his birthday nears. If Chhota Shakeel's claims are true then Dawood will celebrate his 68th birthday on December 26, 2023.
It is pertinent to mention here that neither Pakistani nor Indian agencies have commented on Dawood Ibrahim's poisoning or potential assassination attempt.
Dawood Ibrahim is accused of planning the 1993 Mumbai blasts which killed around 250 people while also injuring many. The blasts gave birth to many riots in Mumbai and all over the country. Dawood has been accused of having close links with many terror outfits in Pakistan such as Lashkar-e-Taiba.
