Social media is a great source of amusement and entertainment. Often we counter with interesting videos and scrolls that make our day and remains extremely viral for days. But on that trend, there come plenty of videos that leave the users on the web stunned. Similarly, one such video has surfaced that is taking social media by storm.
One video posted by a Reddit user shows a dead frozen fish coming to life after it is put in hot oil in a frying pan. No one would actually believe had the video of the incident won’t have been taken.
The video is rapidly going viral on social media leaving the viewers shocked. For a while, the fish remained still but it soon started to twist and turn inside the pan as it came to life. The writhing fish splattered oil out of the pan leaving a moment of shock and bizarre.

The video which was posted by a Reddit user wrote in the caption, "When the fish does not accept death," the man then took the pan to the sink waiting for the fish to calm down.
A number of users on Reddit shared their reactions to the video. People were shocked and equally horrified to see the fish come to life. A user wrote, "That's absolutely horrendous," while another who was taken aback by the video said, "I got scared when they walked towards the tap with all that hot oil."
Meanwhile, there were other users as well who were not much shocked watching the video, while sharing their emotions a person wrote, it was merely a scientific reaction to the salt and the oil. "The salt activates the still-fresh nerves to fire the action potentially causing muscle spasms. Part of the reason salts are so important for your body, is your nerves need them to fire signals," explained another in the comment section.
