In a shocking development, a Delhi Police constable was tossed in the air after being hit by a speeding Mahendra Scorpio at a checkpoint. The shocking incident took place in the Connaught Place area when the Delhi Police constable was on duty at the checkpoint at late night. Now, the Delhi Police constable accident video is going viral on social media and netizens are in utter shock over the deadly incident.
As per reports, the incident happened on October 24, at nearly 1 am. In the video, the Delhi Police cop was seen standing beside a car while checking was underway in the Connaught Place area when a speeding SUV hit, apparently a black Mahendra Scorpio, and rammed him from the side. The collision was so intense that the cop was tossed up in the air for a few seconds.
After the accident, the Delhi Cop was rushed to a hospital where he was treated for his injuries and was discharged later. Talking about the SUV, the driver of the car was arrested after a chase by other personnel present on the spot.
