Deep Sidhu is a Punjabi actor who is alleged behind theconspiracy to instigate farmers to enter Red Fort. He is claimed to be relatedto Sunny Deol and Sidhu openly supported Sunny Deol during elections. Although,change of hearts happen, so now he is against the three farm laws passed by theunion government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Sunny Deol has still not openly criticized the farm lawsas expected by the farmers. However, Deep Sidhu has taken a firm stance overthe contentious farm laws. After the farmers entered Red Fort and hoisted twoflags, Deep Sidhu has again come in limelight due to his purported stanceregarding the unrest in Delhi.
On social networking site, Sidhu said that thefarmers had only hoisted 'Nishan Sahib' that is their democratic right whilethe national flag of the country was not desecrated by anyone.

Even as Deol had claimed that that he has no relationshipwith him but Sidhu supported Deol during the elections of 2019. Farmers claimthat Sidhu had supported Sunny Deol in Punjab during the Lok-Sabha election of2019.
Deol distanced himself from Sidhu in December last year. Butit is clearly evident that Sidhu and Deol were very close because Sidhu hadaccompanied Deol during his meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

One of his videos becameviral on social media when he was speaking in English language with policeofficials during farmers' march from their states towards Delhi borders. Afterthis video went viral, many discussions started regarding the literacy levelsand status of farmers of Punjab.
Summonsent by National Investigation Agency (NIA)
NIA had sent a notice to Deep Sidhu in the Sikhs forJustice case. The case was registered in December 15, last year. It also wentviral because many people came in support of Sidhy after he received summons byNIA. Moreover, it has been noted that his brother also received a notice sentby NIA.
However, even after facing so many hurdles, his lateststance has caused a storm in the sea. The farmer leaders are alleging him as amastermind of unrest in Delhi on Republic day. They are retreating anddistancing themselves from Sidhu.
