In what can be called an abuse of power, Mohali's Dera Bassi viral video is doing rounds on social media showing a Punjab Police official shot a youth in his leg over a mere civil conflict. The Dera Bassi Punjab Police viral video is spreading like a wildfire on social media with netizens slamming the State Police for losing their calm and shooting in a youth's leg to control the situation.
Reportedly, the Dera Bassi Police shoots youth viral video incident took place around 9:30 pm in which not a single FIR has been lodged. Punjab Police SI Balwinder Singh shot at the youth's leg who started creating a ruckus and arguing with him. As per SI Balwinder, a couple was stopped at a check-point and the woman was asked to show her bag. However, the woman refused to show her bag and started arguing with the Police officials. The argument took an ugly turn when the youth approached the Punjab Police official and challenged him to shoot him in rage.
As a result, the SI shot the youth in his leg. Furthermore, when the woman came in defense of the man, then she was also thrashed by the Punjab Police official. As per reports, there has been no FIR report has been filed. However, Dara Bassi SHO Jaskanwal Singh has stated that a probe is going on under senior Police officials in the case pertaining to Dera Bassi Punjab Police viral video. The youth who was shot is now out of danger and currently admitted to GMCH-32 hospital.
