In what came as a pleasant surprise for fans, Yash Raj Films reportedly is talks with Bollywood John Abraham for his return in the much-awaited movie Dhoom 4. Dhoom 4 is among the most-awaited movies of the past many years after the success of its previous parts. While Dhoom 2 witnessed Hrithik Roshan as a supervillain and part 3rd saw Aamir Khan taking the baton forward, John Abraham is likely to return in his character of Kabir in the movie Dhoom 4. For the unversed, John Abraham was the supervillain in the first part of Dhoom which was released in August 2004. Apart from John Abraham, Dhoom had the starcast of Abhishek Bachchan portraying the character of a cop named Jay Dixit, Uday Chopra as Ali and Eisha Deol as the sister of John and ladylove of Ali. Although Dhoom ended with John Abraham jumping inside the river, the upcoming movie might resurrect his character. John Abraham in Dhoom 4

As per Bollywood Hungama which quoted a source, John Abraham has been spotted in Yash Raj Films multiple times and the movie is in question is Dhoom 4. “If Yash Raj Films is looking to cast him yet again in a negative role (for Dhoom 4) it will come as no surprise. In fact, for the past couple of days there have been daily meetings at YRF and John has been seen attending these meetings on multiple occasions,” reported Bollywood Hungama. If reports are then fans will indeed witness John Abraham playing the character of Kabir in Dhoom 4.

It is pertinent to mention here that the reports of John Abraham joining the star cast of Dhoom 4 comes months after Pathaan's success. John was highly appreciated for his negative in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer movie Pathaan which broke multiple records at the box office. Pathaan portrayed John as a notorious villain called Jim and received loads of love from his fans. Following the release of the movie, John talked about the love he received from the audience when he had said, “It is incredible the amount of love that I have been receiving for playing Jim in Pathaan! As an actor, I only work for the love of audiences and fans. Records and milestones are a huge bonus and I’m grateful that Pathaan is such a historic blockbuster. I didn’t expect that people would love my character so much that they want more of Jim to be given to them.”

It is pertinent to mention here that Yash Raj Films has not officially announced John's inclusion. Apart from this, the makers also have not revealed other starcast of the movie. Whether Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will return in their respective roles in Dhoom 4 is yet to be known.
