Amid the covid-19 pandemic scare in the country Veteran actor Dilip Kumar is hospitalized in Mumbai after the complaints of some health issue. It has been since few days that the senior actor is in Mumbai’s city hospital. Wife and actor Saira Banu has confirmed to ETimes that Dilip Kumar is is recovering well. Owing to old age the senior actor has quite a number of health issue since a long time. The 98 year old actor has already ost two of his siblings to the novel coronavirus last year.
So far no details about the actors health issues have been disclosed but Saira Banu has recently revealed that the actor will discharged on Sunday. Speaking to the daily she said, “Dilip Kumar saab is recovering well and will be discharged from the hospital on Sunday”.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra being the lead in the rising corona virus cases is facing a huge turmoil at this particular time. The state is already under lockdown which seems to have few positive effects on the daily number of covid cases. Veteran actor Dilip Kumar earlier showed his concerns for the pandemic and tweeted that he is ‘praying for everyone’. The actor tried to spread positivity and hope in this period of struggle.
Last year in 2020, Dilip Kumar didi not celebrated his birthday but treated his fans with a rare picture of him and lovely wife Saira Banu. The pivture was a delight for all the fans to cherish their favourite actor’s happy and content life. While the senior actor is struggling with health issue, we hope he recovers soon.
