Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh has recently opened up about dealing with daily stress during his Dil-luminati concert. Sharing a snippet of his performance on Instagram, Diljit revealed that while he faces immense pressure every day, yoga has become his ultimate stress-relief tool.

In the video, Diljit said, “When you discover something valuable, people often say not to share it. But I believe that everyone’s time will come. If you practice yoga, no matter what your profession is, your work efficiency will double. It aligns everything within you. Yoga is your personal journey, and it helps set things right internally.”

“Just like you align your car for a smooth drive, yoga aligns you for your life’s journey. That’s where life truly begins. I’m no spiritual guru, but the truth is, if you practice yoga, you can achieve anything in life,” he further added.

Acknowledging life’s challenges, Diljit continued, “Troubles and stress are inevitable. The amount of stress I face daily is indescribable. The bigger the goals, the greater the stress. However, solutions appear along the way, and the tension eventually fades. So, I urge all the youth here to give yoga a try.”

Diljit’s Dil Luminati Tour has already captivated audiences in several Indian cities, including Delhi, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, and Pune. In the coming weeks, he will perform in Kolkata, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Indore, and Guwahati.
