Since the Covid 19 lockdown of last year, many big Bollywood films had left theaters. They include 'Gulabo Sitabo', 'Lakshmi Bomb', 'The Girl on the Train' and 'Bell Bottom'. According to trade pandits, 'Radhe' has also indirectly left theaters in India. However, the makers of 'Suryavanshi' and now with '83' Kabir Khan himself has promised that they will not leave the cinema halls. Both films will be released in theaters.

In a recent conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, Kabir Khan himself confirmed the news. He said, "We were going to come on June 4. In the current circumstances, we will come on the same date or not is not confirmed. But, it is certain that we will release the films in theaters first in any case. Regardless of how much we have to wait or the audience has to wait. The budget for the making of '83' has gone to 200 crores. It will be able to make a solid recovery only when the film is released in theaters. "

The film's assistant directors revealed a different aspect. He said, "The film is a very high scale visual project. It has 80% heavy VFX, the film has innovative locations as well. The scenes of the World Cup matches were shot in England. But then the dressing rooms, commentary boxes, hotel rooms of the respective studios were all recreated in the Film City of Mumbai. In simple terms, the interior of Old Trafford, Grace Road, Oval, Neville Ground, Chelmsford, Lord's was built in India. "

One is clear that the ‘83’ will be a theatrical release only but the question remains when? If and whether Covid allows the movie will be released as per the plans or else there might be a shift in the release date again.
