A heart-wrenching video from Ludhiana came into lime-light when some people of Ludhiana tortured and beaten a dog mercilessly. As per the people, the dog had bitten one of their sons a few days back. The dog was bound in iron wire and was then beaten by the people. The dog was also thrown from the terrace in order to take revenge. When the dog had still some power left, it was dragged by an auto.
A team of social workers later came forward in the rescue of the dog.
