Jalandhar: Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Chancellor of Lovely Professional University (LPU) met Union Home Minister Mr Amit Shah in New Delhi.
Newly elected Parliamentarian Dr Mittal had a very healthy discussion on varied issues with the Hon’ble Minister. He apprised the Hon’ble Union Minister that LPU has one of the best placement records in the country, and has been ranked amongst the top 74 universities globally, in the Times Higher Education Impact 2022 ranking.
Dr Mittal has been instrumental in making Punjab a preferred destination for education. His ideology to make the education industry aligned is appreciated amongst all higher education fraternities.
