Dr. Sudhir Gupta who is chairman of the AIIMS Forensic Medical Board comprising seven doctors probing Sushant Singh Rajput's case is now under the scanner ever since he ruled out the murder angle from Sushant Singh Rajput's case. In an interview with the Republic, Dr. Gupta said that Sushant was murdered and the evidence was totally destroyed.

In the interview, Sudhir Gupta raised questions on the loopholes by the Mumbai Police and quashed the Cooper Hospital reports. Dr. Gupta said that the crime scene was not kept intact by the Mumbai Police therefore the crime scene cannot be probed with full sanctity. Dr. Gupta had also said that the evidence related to  Sushant Singh Rajput's death was destroyed as it wasn't preserved properly. He had also asked why the autopsy was done in a hurry?

Dr. Gupta had questioned the Mumbai Police and said that how the Mumbai Police declared Sushant dead before sending him to the hospital. And he had also said that Sushant was directly sent to the mortuary, not to the doctors. He had asked if videography of autopsy was done or not? And why there was no time of death? How the Mumbai Police presumed that the actor was dead? Why Sushant's nail was not stored and his viscera was not preserved?

With so many loopholes outlined by none other than Dr.  Sudhir Gupta in August now rants the theory of suicide unofficially to various media organizations. The questions arise if the crime scene was not kept intact and the evidence was totally destroyed how the AIIMS reached the conclusion that Sushant died by suicide. Is there a big coverup?
