The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has recorded the statement of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's father K. K.Singh in connection with its probe into money laundering aspects of the Bollywood actor's suicide.
KK Singh went to record his statement at the Delhi office of ED. KK Singh was asked how he arrived at the conclusion that Rs 15 crore was siphoned off from the said account and why he believed that Rhea Chakraborty took the money?
On this, KK Singh said that Sushant's sister Priyanka is a nominee in the Kotak Mahindra's bank account. When she called the bank, then she got a lot of details and the bank statement revealed that Rs 15 crore was laundered from Sushant's account. Singh also told the ED that Rhea and Shruti had total control of Sushant's account. Sushant had even told his father to contact Shruti Modi first if he ever wanted to talk to him.
However, Shruti had said to the ED that she only managed Sushant's business and knew nothing about his personal and professional life. She also said to the ED that it was Rhea Chakraborty who was managing everything from the past 9 months.

Therefore, the family thinks that the whopping amount must have been laundered by Rhea Chakraborty and her team. There are four bank accounts of Sushant which the ED is probing but the Kotak Mahindra Bank account has been the center of attraction. It was Kotak Mahindra's bank account from which account transactions were made.
The ED also asked about the fixed deposits of the late actor. KK Singh said breaking the FD just after two days is suspicious and is done by someone else not Sushant. or, Sushant had been pressurized to break the FD by someone.
Rhea, on the other hand, said that she did not know why Sushant did this. Although no major transactions have been caught in Rhea's account but the actress has not submitted the information on her properties which is more than her earnings.
