30 CRPF Jawans martyred in I.E.D blasts in Awantipora; Jaish-e-Mohammad behind the attack

30 CRPF Jawans have been martyred in an I.E.D. blast in Awantipora region of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir in a horrific attack by Jaish-e-Mohammad.

Several soldiers have been injured when the attack mangled the bus into heap of iron. The death toll is likely to go up as 45 soldiers were being carried by the bus.

The bus was also attacked by firing after the blast.

The terrorists are said to have used a 'Scorpio' car and are said to be 3 in number. 

Jaish-e-Mohammad has claimed responsibility of the fidayeen attack on the CRPF convoy in Kashmir.

JeM spokesperson Muhammad Hassan told local media that the attacker is as local militant Aadil Ahmad alias Waqas Commando. He had joined the terrorist outfit in 2018.

It is yet to be seen how the Indian government reacts to the biggest attack on Indian Security forces after the Uri attack.
