Elvish Yadav fires first response after being released from jail in Snake Venom Case

Elvish Yadav has been booked under provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the relevant Indian Penal Code.

Bigg Boss OTT Season 2 winner & YouTuber Elvish Yadav on Saturday was released from jail after he was arrested by Noida Police in a snake venom case. Elvish Yadav's lawyer Prashant Rathi said, "The court has granted bail to him (Elvish Yadav) on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each..." Elvish Yadav has been booked under provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the relevant Indian Penal Code. Now, Elvish Yadav has fired his first reaction after being released from jail. 

 

Elvish took to his official X handle and fired a tweet in Hindi saying, "Thanks to everyone who prayed for me.. I am fine and healthy.(translated version)" The Bigg OTT Season 2 winner also shared his selfie in his Instagram story for his massive fan base. 

 

It is pertinent to mention here that a Gurugram Court granted bail to YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav on Saturday in connection with a case under the Noida Assault Case. Elvish was booked for assaulting another YouTuber named Maxtern. Later, both Elvish and Maxtern sorted out the matter. 

 

On Thursday, it was alleged that Noida Police have dropped the NDPS charges against Elvish Yadav. However, later it was reported that the NDPS act has not been removed. Only one charge, under section 8/20, has now been amended to 8/22 of the NDPS act because section 8/20 deals with punishment for contravention in relation to 'cannabis plant and cannabis only'.
