Explainer: Kota Collecter speaks after imposing 144 on 'The Kashmir Files', says 'Not a ban, confused with festival'

Now a controversy has broken out on Twitter regarding this. Vivek Agnihotri, director of 'The Kashmir Files', has also raised sharp questions on this move of the Rajasthan government.

Not only this, but Director Vivek has also asked sharp questions to Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot. Vivek tweeted and wrote that terrorists only have the power to create fear and we get scared. But this is the right time for justice. 

Tagging Union Minister Anurag Thakur in his tweet, Vivek wrote that if there is sabotage regarding the film in a democratic country, then we need to think about justice.

The Kota administration gave the Answer 

While the Kota administration is seen on the back foot after Vivek's tweet. The matter got heated after Vivek's tweet on Twitter. After this, the Kota administration has also clarified. 


The Kota administration said in a tweet that even after the implementation of Section 144, there will be no ban on the screening and display of Kashmir files. 

On Monday, the order was issued by the Kota District Collector. In this order, it has been said that section 144 has been implemented in the district from 6 am on 22 March to noon on 21 April (1 month).
