The truth behind the Kuldeep Yadav slapping Rinku Singh video
While fans on social media are linking Kuldeep slapping Rinku with the infamous Sreesanth-Bhajji's slapgate, the truth is nowhere near to it. After the video went viral and Kuldeep came under the scanner, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) took to its X handle and shared a video of both the cricketers. In the video, KKR took a dig at media reports and fans' outrage over Kuldeep slapping Rinku. KKR shared the video with the caption, "Media (𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘪) vs (𝘥𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘬𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘤𝘩 𝘬𝘢) Reality! 𝘎𝘦𝘩𝘳𝘪 𝘥𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘪 feat. our talented UP boys."
It simply means Kuldeep shares a close bond with Rinku, and the cricketer slapped the KKR batter on a lighter note. Going by the video, it can be said that both hail from UP and have known each other from a long time. Hence, slapping was a friendly gesture by Kuldeep and not something serious as portrayed in multiple reports.
