Famous Punjabi singer Ranjit Bawa’s PA Deputy Vohra died in a fatal car crash on Sunday. The accident took place on the Liddan bridge late at night. Police have stated that as per preliminary investigation, the deceased’s car hit the safety wall due to minimum visibility because of fog.
Reportedly, Deputy Vohra was going to a place which has not been revealed till now in his vehicle late at night. As per investigation his car likely hit the safety wall of the bridge because of fog due to which he died. Maqsudan police received information about the same after which they reached the spot and initiated a probe. Police after identification informed the relatives of PA in Gurdaspur.
ASI Kulveer Singh while giving information about the same stated that he received a call that a car has met with an accident at the Liddan Bridge, Jalandhar. He immediately reached the spot and later got to know that the deceased was Punjabi singer's PA Deputy Vohra. Police have given no further information till now. They have stated that the probe is still on and more information will be provided after the investigation witnesses any further development.
Ranjit Bawa also shared the news and gave his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased. While sharing a Facebook post, he stated, “my brother Deputy Vohra has left this world. Brother, we still had a lot of work to do, and a long way to go, our friendship of twenty years has broken, my friend. Where will I find an honest, brave and heart king like you. Goodbye brother, my right arm.”
