Salman Khan has remained steadfast in his resolve to release his Eid release Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai in theaters. The film will be released in time for Eid 2021.

However, there is a fierce tug-of-war between movie theaters and the film's digital backers ZeePlex over the gap that must be preserved between the ostensibly blockbuster's theatrical release and its OTT streaming rights.

While ZeePlex is requesting a much shorter gap, the Multiplex Association of India demands a four-week lag between the theatrical and OTT releases of Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.

Radhe will be released on the streaming platform in less than a month after its theatrical release on May 13, according to Shariq Patel, Chief Business Officer Zee Studios, in an earlier interview. Radhe's digital debut, however, is stuck in a stalemate due to theater exhibitors' refusal to consider the narrower window separating the two versions.

Hence, no firm decision yet for the release of Salman Khan's Eid presentation between theaters and streaming platforms.
