In an absolute shocker, a middle-aged woman was brutally attacked by 4 miscreants with swords. The incident was reported from Firozpur Cantt which is a highly sensitive area of the border district. Shockingly, a few police constables were also present during the attack, but they did not take any step. The incident was captured by a youth on mobile phone and the video has now gone viral.
Reportedly, four armed men attacked a woman going towards the court with swords. This attack took place near the District Court premises. During the attack two of her fingers also got cut. Apart from this she has received serious injuries on her head as well as arm. Victim was later admitted to Civil Hospital and after providing her with first aid, she was referred to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot.
In the video that has gone viral, 4 bike-borne miscreants can be seen coming on a speeding vehicle and then attacking the victim. Shockingly, policeman can also be seen standing witnessing the attack but did not take any step to rescue the woman or arrest the attackers.
SP Randhir Kumar while talking about the incident stated that matter is being thoroughly investigated by the police and various teams including CIA have been formed to nab the accused, who will be arrested soon.
