First complaint on Bhagwant Mann’s helpline number: Know the IAS officer on whom the complaint has been made

After the announcement of the helpline number, the public of Punjab come into action as the first complaint is made on the Former education secretary

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has issued an anti-corruption helpline number on Wednesday. He has issued Whatsapp number 9501200200 on which complaints can be filed in the form of audio-video messages. Launching the anti-corruption helpline number, Mann said he himself will supervise the action on the complaints. If someone asks for a bribe, do not let him go, send his audio or video recording to me. My office will investigate it thoroughly and the corruption will not be spared. Strict action will be taken against him.

The first complaint is made on this number. The complaint is filed by Parminder Singh Saini, a resident of Gurdaspur. He is working as the District Guidance Counselor for a long time. Parminder Singh Saini filed the complaint against Former Education Secretary Krishan Kumar. 

He said that he tried to raise the issues of problems in the education system of Punjab but no one listened to him. He raised his voice against the system and got suspended for this without any reason. He wrote many letters to the then CM and Governor in the hope of Justice. He was suspended for almost 16 months without any reason and then restored. He also complained in the High Court.

He said his father died because of this. He was not heard by anyone. He was threatened by the officers. He also said that the officers are not performing their duties with loyalty. When he asked the seniors about their actions, they refused to answer him.

He said that Former Education Secretary Krishan Kumar tried to make disruption in his work. When he tried to do his work with honesty he was suspended. He asked for his pay, Krishan Kumar asked for a bribe and refused to pay his incentives.

He also revealed that a bribe was demanded from him but when he refused to give it, he started to face problems. After which his incentives were not paid to him. He was suspended but there was no complaint against his work. The suspension was without any reason.

He said that he has high hopes for the new CM of Punjab. He also demanded a CBI inquiry on the department. He also said that there are other big officers revolved in the corruption club.
