In another post, Netflix also released the first look of the film's other stars from the film. Dhanush will be seen in action alongside Chris Evans, popularly known as ‘Captain America’, in ‘The Gray Man’, a spy-thriller directed by the Russo Brothers (Anthony and Joe Russo) of 'Avengers Endgame'. In addition to these two, Ryan Gosling, Anna Day, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Maura, Reggae-Jean Page and Billy Bob Thornton will also appear in lead roles.
According to a report, ‘The Gray Man’ is made in a budget of 1500 crores. The film is based on the 2009 novel The Gray Man by Mark Grein. The film revolves around a killer and former CIA operative Court Gentry. The script of the film is written by Joey Russo in collaboration with Avengers Endgame screenwriters Christopher Marcus and Stephen McFeely.Anthony Russo and Joey Russo have produced the movie under their respective banners.
It’s a second Hollywood movie for Dhanush's
'The Gray Man' will be Dhanush's second Hollywood film. Before this, Dhanush appeared in the lead role in the critically acclaimed film 'The Extraordinary Journey of Fakir' released in 2018. This film was directed by Ken Scott. The film was released in India on 21 June 2019. This film was also based on the novel The Extraordinary Journey of the Mystic by Romain Puertolas.
