Sins of human often paid by animals, a similar incident was traced in Nanjundapuram Check Dam in Coimbatore on February 6 2020. Thousands of fish were found dead in Nanjundapuram Check Dam in Coimbatore. The actual reason is yet to be discovered. However, as per speculation, the cause of fish death is the dirty water in the pond.
The dirty water of many rivers mixes with the water of the lake. This increases the level of pollution, due to which the fish are not able to breathe in the water.
