Former President Pranab Mukherjee tests positive for COVID-19

It seems that coronavirus hasn't been discriminatory against common citizens and prominent personalities.

After Union Home Minister, Amit Shah had reported positive for novel coronavirus two weeks ago, the Former President of India, Pranab Mukherjee has now tested positive for COVID-19. 

It seems that coronavirus hasn't been discriminatory against common citizens and prominent personalities. 

Pranab Mukherjee, however, took to Twitter to reveal this information with the fellow citizens and had asked all those who came in contact with him till today to self-isolate themselves.

The Former President wrote, "On a visit to the hospital for a separate procedure, I have tested positive for COVID19 today. 

I request the people who came in contact with me in the last week, to please self isolate and get tested for COVID-19. #CitizenMukherjee"
