Actor Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday, July 19 for making porn movies and streaming them on mobile apps. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police had registered a case against Raj Kundra in February and on July 19 he was arrested after interrogation.
The court has sent him in judicial custody till 23rd July. But, now the court has extended his judicial custody till 27th July.
Mumbai Police demanded that Raj Kundra to be kept in judicial custody for 7 more days. Police said that more investigation is yet to be done in this case and evidence is yet to be found, for which they need time.
Police also say that Raj Kundra has also done online betting, in which he used Yes Bank accounts. About this too is yet to be ascertained. Hence he needs to keep Kundra in judicial custody.
It was revealed through an email that from camera angle to live streaming, from actress profile to shooting date and time, from how to increase subscribers to general teaser timing, everything was decided pre-hand by Raj Kundra’s team.
The following guidelines were mentioned in the e-mail:
· The final movie will be in MP4 format, less than 900 MB and 1920X1080 in size.
· Portrait Poster 510X766 in size will be less than 900 MB.
· There will be separate bold posters for social media and there will be some normal posters.
· Landscape posters will also remain separately.
· There will be a general teaser of 15 seconds for social media.
· There will be a bold trailer of 60 to 90 seconds, which will be uploaded on the app.
· There will also be a 60 to 90 second non bold trailer for social media.
· Non bold video of 2 to 3 minutes will be kept separately.

Apart from this, Rs 3 lakh will be paid for the video if it matches with the requirements of the apps. It will be purchased by the Hotshot Digital Team for Rs 3 lakh.
Furthermore, the shoot will be carried out only after the approval of Hotshot Digital Team. The artist should be comfortable in doing all scenes on-screen whether it’s topless from front or back voluntarily.
After purchase, all rights of the video and intellectual property rights will also remain with Hotshot Digital. If the senior team doesn't like the video, you are free to sell it elsewhere.
