Jailed Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria has paid homage to the sharpshooters Jagroop Roopa and Manpreet Mannu killed in the police encounter in Amritsar two days ago. Through a social media post, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria said that both will always live in the heart. Mannu and Roopa killed famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala.
In his post, he wrote, "Roopa and Mannu were our lion brothers. He did a lot for us. He will always remain in our hearts. Whatever happened, it was very bad. May the souls of both our brothers rest in peace. Let Waheguru place both at your feet. We will never get the loss of these brothers."

Jaggu is also a member of gangster Lawrence's gang. He had given these two sharpshooters to Lawrence for the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala. After the murder, both of them were in touch with Jaggu's gang. The police got to know about the gangsters from Jaggu Bhagwanuria and Roopa's fellow gangster Paramadlip Pamma in Mohali. After which the Punjab Police had an encounter with both of them in Amritsar.
