Amritsar reported an inhumane incident when a group of gangsters joined the wedding party and created a ruckus. Reportedly, famous gangster Ranbir Sing alias Rana Kandowalia, a resident of village Jhander, who had acquitted in several cases was getting married. His other gangster friends were also invited to the wedding and their appearance made everybody present their scared of them.
Groom's friends were spotted holding guns in their hands. Not only this, but they also shot 100 rounds of fire in the air which has been captured on camera. The sound of the fire was so boisterous that it caused panic among people of the surrounding area. By the time police received information about the same, gangsters were done with firing and they had escaped from the spot.
Reportedly, Jhander police have registered a case against gangsters Mota, Ash, Jaskirat Singh, Yodha, and five unidentified persons.
While talking to the reporters, Sub-Inspector Kuldeep Singh said that on October 3, he was performing his duty near the bus stand, Lashkari Nangal. He was informed that Ranbir Singh alias Rana Kandowalia, who had been acquitted in several criminal cases, was getting married. Many gangsters have arrived there.
All of them are firing fanatically at the wedding. As soon as the information was received, the police party reached Kandowalia village but the gangsters had fled. Police recovered a viral video from the incident on the spot, which revealed that the accused had spread terror in the area by firing more than 100 rounds of bullets.
Based on the video, the police are conducting a search operation. Police is also recording statements of the guest who were present at the party.
It has been also informed by the locals that several criminals were present at the event. They had a double-barreled rifle and a revolver in their hands.
