Salman Khan has been using different outlets to raise awareness about the pandemic, urging people to stay at home and practice social distancing, as well as engaging in charitable gestures. He recently resurrected his food donation campaign in order to provide food and water to frontline workers and hospitals. During this time, he assisted an 18-year-old Karnataka boy whose father died of COVID-19.

More details were revealed by Yuva Sena leader Rahul S Kanal, who is collaborating with the superstar, and revealed that ration and educational equipment were given to the young boy. He also mentioned that they would be there for him and provide whatever assistance is needed to help him improve.

Kanal went on to say that Salman's family of fans has enabled them to support others. He also confirmed that the ‘Dabangg' star has instructed them to go out and help someone in need. The actor is also aware of every fan club dedicated to him, as well as every proposal that comes his way and those to whom they are supporting.

During the lockdown last year, Salman was trapped in his Panvel farmhouse with some of his family and friends. During this time, he produced a number of videos in which he attempted to educate the public about the novel coronavirus.

Salman Khan is said to have given food and other necessities to around 5000 frontline employees. Around 180 blood plasma donations have been made by Salman's fan clubs in Indore.

Meanwhile, Salman is looking forward to the release of his film, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, and Randeep Hooda also star in the film. This month, on the occasion of Eid, it will be released.
