In a bizzare development, German-based pharma company recently rolled out job for people who can be fit for the position of ‘Weed Smoker.’ Shockingly the company is offering a whooping salary of Rs. 88 lakhs to person who will be appointed as ‘Weed Smoker.’
Reportedly, the German Pharma Company received a rush of applications as soon as it rolled out the job. The people stated that it was a very unusual appointment any company has ever released. The company further stated that candidates applying for the post of weed smoker must be a cannabis expert and have valid German marijuana smoking permission. The company Cannamedical, based in Cologne recruits people who can smell, smoke and feel weed to check their quality. The founder and CEO of company David Henn said, “we do this to keep an eye on the quality control of our vendors in countries including Australia, Canada, Portugal, Macedonia, and Denmark.
Germany’s Health Minister in the year 2022, proposed bill to legalise and decriminalize marijuana. The minister asked the German government to legalize recreational of up to 30 grammes of marijuana and enable adults to sell it as well. If approved, Germany would become the second European country to legalise marijuana, following Malta.
