For many years, after several judgmental collapses and the suppressing societal pressure women were finally free to drink and smoke. This habit was considered as the breaking barriers of gender discrimination pointing more towards equality.
But soon this unhealthy habit became very famous among both men and women. Now when women are no more judged by the drinking habits the debates are rising on how their drinking habit is affecting their mental health.
In a recent study by the University of Hong Kong has found that women who gave up the habit of drinking tend to enjoy life more being mentally strong.
No doubt in this poisoning world alcohol can be a relief but not a permanent cure. For instance, it can divert you if you are emotionally hurt by someone you love the most.
The relief of consuming alcohol does not stand for long at least not that long as you expect. It is a temporary diversion, you cannot always look back at the bottle and that glass to relief you whenever you are in discomfort, in other words, you are addicted.
Well, the temporary drinking can still be a good choice for those who are struggling to quit but the bitter truth is: the habit of drinking is already an addiction and may anyways bring the over-consumption back in life if you are broke all of a sudden. Be a quitter for better.
