In a massive development, India's Most Wanted & prime accused in Sidhu Moose Wala's murder case, Goldy Brar on Tuesday was shot dead in the US by unknown men. As per reports, Lawrence Bishnoi's associate Goldy Brar was shot at Fairmont and Holt Avenue in America at 5:25 pm last Tuesday. Goldy Brar was standing outside the house with one of his friends. Meanwhile, some unknown miscreants came and opened fire and ran away. American police officer Lasley Williams was quoted by a US media portal confirming that two people were admitted to the hospital. Out of which one has died. However, the American authorities did not reveal the identity of the people who were shot. It is pertinent to mention here that the confirmation around Goldy Brar's death is yet to come.
As per a Hindi daily, Goldy Brar's rival gangsters Arsh Dalla and Lakhbir have taken responsibility for his murder. Both of them have claimed that they opened fire on Goldy due to enmity. At present, there has been no reaction from Lawrence or any other gangster on this. For the unversed, Goldie Brar was a resident of Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. He was born in the year 1994, parents named him Satwinder Singh. Father was a sub-inspector in the police. Goldy Brar's cousin Gurlal Brar was murdered in Chandigarh. Gurlal was shot outside a club located in Industrial Area Phase-1 on the night of 11 October 2020. He was a student leader of Punjab University (PU). Gurlal Brar was closest to Lawrence Bishnoi. Gurlal Brar and Lawrence remained associated with the Student Organization of Panjab University (SOPU). After the murder of Gurlal Brar, Lawrence Gang had written on social media that now a new war has started, blood will not dry up on the streets.
Goldy Brar was on the run for hatching a plan to murder Punjabi Singer Sidhu Moose Wala. On 29 May 2022, famous Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh alias Sidhu Moose Wala was murdered in Jawaharke village of Mansa. First Lawrence Gang took responsibility for this. Then Goldy Brar gave an interview on a TV channel and said that he had got Moosewala killed. He accused Sidhu Moose Wala of being involved in the murder of Lawrence's college friend Vicky Middukheda. Goldy had claimed that when the police did not take any action against Sidhu Moosewala, he was forced to commit murder.
Notably, True Scoop News tried to cross the claims of Goldy Brar's murder based on the location and found out that there was indeed a firing at Fairmont and Holt Avenues. As per Fox26, the Fresno Police Department received a ShotSpotter notification of shots fired in an alleyway near the intersection around 5:25 p.m. The dispatcher also received 911 calls about two shooting victims in the area. When officers arrived they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was taken by ambulance to Community Regional Medical Center where he is listed in critical condition.
