Grocery trader shot in Ludhiana: Pistol falls from hand, fires; terrorist Dalla Issued threats of Fatality

A wholesale grocery trader in Ludhiana, Punjab, was shot in the leg when his licensed pistol accidentally discharged while he was on his way to his shop.

The injured businessman, identified as Manoj Kumar, runs a grocery store in Nehru Market under the name Sant Ram Vijay Kumar. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.

It's worth noting that a few months ago, the businessman had received threats on his life from a terrorist named Arsh Dalla. These threats prompted him to file a police complaint. Subsequently, he had received calls demanding ransom.

A licensed pistol in Manoj's possession accidentally fell from his hand, leading to the firearm discharging. This incident resulted in a gunshot wound to his leg. Manoj Kumar's identity was confirmed as the injured businessman.
