While India continues to rise on the global forum, Pro-Khalistan terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has issued new threats against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India's High Commissioner to Canada Sanjay Verma. Although Gurpatwant Singh Pannun keeps on spitting venom and giving hallow threats to India, what raised everyone's eyebrows when a journalist on social media stated that he received a phone call from the UK that flashed a recorded message in Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's voice threatening PM Modi, Commissioner to Canada Sanjay Verma and even during the upcoming Cricket World Cup 2023.
The journalist tagged the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and stated that Gurpatwant Singh Pannun issued threats against the upcoming Cricket World Cup 2023 on October 5 in Gujarat. The journalist wrote, "Received a recorded phone call from Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Panun from a UK Number +44 7418 343648 with fresh threat to PM @narendramodi and India’s envoy to Canada HC Sanjay Verma. After the journalist shared the information, a user commented and outlined, "That number is known to Indian authorities and warnings have been issued since May 2023. Looks like it’s a pay as you , burner Si, m card. Still easily traceable as Khalistani’s still using same the sim card. Why have the Indian or the British government not contacted the UK service provider ?"

Pannun's Fear from India
Gurpatwant Pannun in one of his earlier interviews was caught expressing his fear from India, Gurpatwant Pannun's fear of coming to India was clearly visible when he said, "There is sedition law in which they can sentence me for life imprisonment. Do you think there is foolish written on my forehead?" Pannun was responding to the anchor's question why don't he organize a referendum in India's Punjab rather than in London or in Canada? Notably, after the anchor stated that he would accompany him for the referendum in Punjab, Gurpatwant Pannun again denied coming to India saying that 'I will be killed'.
Apart from this, Pannun also said that he does not consider Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh as his idol. The anchor in response asked Pannun that if you love Punjab, then why don't you invest in Punjab?
