Gyanvapi Case Verdict: Varanasi Court rules the Hindu side plea as "maintainable", next hearing due on 22nd sept

The Muslim side representing the case has earlier decide to move Allahabad HC with verdict our their next move seems clear enough

A single Judge bench the District Judge AK Vishvesh of the Varanasi District Court pronounced its verdict in the Gyanvapi Shrinagar Gauri dispute in the favor of the Hindu party in the case.

The judge held the dispute case through the Hindu side as maintainable. The petition is maintainable the next hearing for which is scheduled on September 22nd.

The Advocate representing Hindu Side said that the Muslim side’s application is rejected. Even before the verdict was pronounced the Advocate representing Anjuman Intezamia Committee had said that if our plea is not upheld we will move to the Allahabad High Court and with the verdict out their next move seems clear enough.

The court had ordered the video graphic survey of the mosque premises after which the area where a Shivling-like structure was found was sealed after the court’s order however the Muslim party termed it as a fountain present in the Wazukhana.

After the SC intervention in the case, the Namaz was allowed which was disallowed by the district court after the video graphic survey got public.
